We inform potential buyers about the property and request the necessary documents to demonstrate the legal status of the real estate. If desired, we can arrange for a photographer to ensure that your property is presented in the best possible light in the advertisements..

Guidance on the Purchase / Sale Process

When you proceed to buy/sell, we will conduct negotiations with the other party and advise you accordingly.
We will request and check the property documents, correct any inaccuracies, and inform you of any potential risks.
We will arrange appointments with the notary and the other party.
We ensure that the notary has all the documents in advance and is aware of the agreements made between the parties so that the contract/deed is drawn up accordingly.
If necessary, we will do this for both the preliminary purchase agreement and the final purchase agreement.
A preliminary purchase agreement serves as a kind of reservation. It ensures that the property is not sold to another party in the meantime and that the seller is compensated if the buying party withdraws. A preliminary purchase agreement may be necessary if one of the parties needs time or if both parties need time to arrange matters before the final agreement can be signed. The agreements made in a preliminary purchase agreement are part of the negotiations, which we can also advise you on. A preliminary purchase agreement is not a purchase agreement; in other words, one is not obliged to buy or sell the property, but there are often conditions for dissolution as a safeguard for the other party.
You will receive the deed in advance so that you can read it and know what you are signing once you are with the notary.
We ensure that the deed is translated by a sworn translator into a language of your choice and that a sworn translator is present should you not be proficient in the Polish language. Everything is arranged in advance so that you are not faced with surprises before signing the notarial deed.
