The journey
In 2004, a Polish-Dutch couple went to Poland to look for a piece of land where they could one day build their dream home. Various regions were visited and considered. Ultimately, a plot of land was purchased in the Beskid Żywiecki, a mountain range just above the Tatra. A large plot with a fantastic view of the mountains. It became clear that Poland had a lot to offer tourists, but that very little was known about it by the average European tourist. Compared to similar countries in terms of nature, such as Italy, France, or Spain, property prices were still very attractive.
From this, the idea was born to give other people who saw the opportunities in Poland the chance to buy property in Poland. At that time, the purchase of property by foreigners was subject to strict regulations, so it was not that easy. After a year of research and study, PolHome Real Estate was established. Now, more than 20 years and 3 websites later, PolHome has moved to Poland and the name has changed to PolHome Support. Thanks to PolHome, a large group of people has been able to realise their dream in Poland, and we are of course proud of that.
