This beautiful new park will be found just 15 km away of the ski lifts, 10km to a authentic mountain city (Jelenia Góra), 1 km from a planned golf coarse, 200m from a river with the possibility to canoe, directly along various hiking and roads, 8km from an airport, 500m from a serie of rocks which are famous among rock climbers in Poland, 150m from a road for mountain bikers, directly neighbouring a landscape park. Services: When the park will be build the next services will be provided: Rental services: Cleaning of the house after a rental period, changing the blankets, replacing broken things, collecting the rental money, administration and marketing. For this service will be taken 30% of the rental payment and 70% will be paid to the owner of the houses. Security: the park will be secured 24 hours a day by a guard and a central security system. Central maintenance service: regarding the maintenance of the park lighting, plants, roads, recreation center, tennis courts, fire place and children playgrounds. Individual maintenance of the houses. Gardening service: maintenance of the individual gardens. Services can be individual chosen except for central maintenance and security. Why this location: Why is chosen for exactly this region? The region is quiet and still close to not only the ski centers but also the largest city in the region Jelenia Góra. About a 100 meters from the development is a river with possibilities to canoe, its also one of the best known places in Poland for rock climbing (on barely 500 meters distance), and within 8 km is an airport zoned for international public transport flights (plan is waiting for an investor) and on a distance less than one kilometre lies an area zoned for a golf coarse and other sport / leisure activities (actually that area is partly for sale as well). Other interesting things in the area are a number of health resorts with natural hot- and mineral water springs. Activities like Para diving, horse riding tracks over the mountains, mountain bike tracks (some directly going along the project) and hiking paths (also directly going along the project). The last but not less important reason to buy this lot would be that it is entirely building ground with great possibilities and a current zoning. Target groups: The main target groups are tourists and/or investors looking for a second home in a mountain area with a four seasons rental possibility. When a 120-m2 apartment would be needed simply two 60-m2 apartments could be combined. A glass roof and glass-brick wall will create an inside garden that will be placed in the centre of each tenement. This "garden" functions as a hallway and a sun heating room for the surrounding apartments. Overcapacity of energy could eventually be stored if one is choosing for a geothermal heating / cooling system. This garden / hallway provides enough space for an (panoramic) elevator. The stairs to the upper apartments are on the sides of the garden / hallway. The stairs are leading to balconies / corridors that will give entrance to the apartments on the first and second floor.
